Let me say that I had been looking forward to yesterday since I saw the trailers for Making the Band 4 and heard on the gossip sites about the epic fight that went on between Laurie Ann “BoomKat” Gibson and Sean/Diddy “Moisturize my Situation, Preserve My Sexy” Combs.

I was ready with the popcorn! Oh my gosh, it was going to be great… like a 300-type fight. Brilliance!

Nope. Not at all. I was so let down. It was a decent fight shouting match. but there was no chair thrown! No Michael Bivins holding Laurie Ann back. Nada.

Basically it was a show-down of the egos. Laurie Ann forgot that the superstardom she created in her own mind does not translate to the real world, MTB4 doesn’t revolve around her.

Guess what sweetie, it doesn’t and guess what, MTB4 will go on without you. I admire confidence, I can respect a certain level of cockiness, but g-damn, lady.

But I love Laurie Ann. Cause she’s just psycho! I love her. Oh and guess what? Here’s the “gotcha gotcha” (btw, I’m going to try and find a way to interject that into everyday conversation)…

She’s shopping around a pilot for her own reality TV show! And she’s apparently recording an album!

I can imagine it now. “Boom kat”s sprinkled throughout the “baby baby baby”s.

Oh please please please give her a show. Please! Here’s the teaser/trailer:

As another aside, I am so mad that Jonathan left/quit the show. I was starting to form a crush on him… I think it was those glasses… they just made him look so sexy. Any way… here’s a link to his MySpace page. He has an interview up about why he chose to leave… he actually has some pretty valid reasons.

Oh… and I’m not sad that Dan got eliminated… karma can be a bitch sometimes, huh?
